Description
Made in 1967, the engraving “Beach of Cadaques” represents one of the beaches of the fishing village of the north of the Costa Brava. It is here, in these lost paradises, that Salvador spent the summers of his childhood with his family and friends of childhood and youth, like Garcia Lorca and Louis Bunuel. Through the angels who play and dance on the beach we find Dali’s vision of the dream world. For him there was “Nothing more stimulating than the idea of an angel”.
