Description
Salvador Dali is known for his unique use of symbols. In the « Imagination and Objects of the Future” series the artist appropriates inventions of future conveniences and luxuries, which were based on his extensive studies of science, biology, and math, among other subjects. This series is an excellent example of the artist’s late work, which became increasingly focused on technological advancement, nuclear warfare, and his own mortality and legacy as an artist. Many central themes and motifs from Dalí’s oeuvre can be found in these prints.
