Description

Feeling a great pride and honor for being a Spaniard, Salvador Dali could not ignore one of the  most famous stories about Spain in the world – story of the fatal beauty Carmen. Love, violent and criminal passion, jealousy and death, descibed by Mérimée, acquire a new sound in Dali's artistic performance.

The Carmen suite consists of 25 lithographs and is considered to be one of the most beautiful graphic works done by the Surrealist master.
